This race was incredible! I can't say enough good things about it! The organizers did a fantastic job. The course was perfect! Having the troops running and chanting was very motivating and made me extremely proud to take part in this race. Seeing the planes so close, landing and taking off was very exciting. I would love to see this become an annual event. (preferably in earlier Spring/Fall). It was quite hot and humid but that could not have been predicted so I would still give this race a 10 out of 10 score! God Bless all who organized/sponsored this amazing event and God Bless our troops and Vets!

The whole event was terrific from start to finish - loved seeing the troops along the way - we have the best in the world!!! All the volunteers were great - organizers should be proud of themselves - great cause - will definitely be back next year - thanks!

Great job to all those involved in organizing this event for an awesome cause. You guys exceeded your expectations by miles! Kudos to you for taking so much of your own time to organize this race and pull it off. The countless hours you put into this was evident! Great run! Highlights: seeing the Southwest Jet landing, the troops out on the course, and coming around the corner towards end of race and seeing the American flag hanging high above the finish line! Look forward to next year!

I don't consider myself a short distance runner but had a great time none the less. Running a runway, after running so many highways and trails added an exciting twist. Next year I may run with my camera just to get some shots of the jet landing in the background with runners on the coarse. Cool race, well organized and a great cause-what else do you need to motivate you?

Since this was my first 5k ever I don't have anything to compare it to, but I loved it! I loved seeing all the troops stationed along the course and hearing my name as I crossed the finish line. I hope I get the chance to do it again next year with my husband! I'd love to hear BOTH our names being announced!
